VICTIM IDENTIFIED IN WEDNESDAY NIGHT ALBERTA SHOOTING
Investigators are searching for those responsible for killing a 30-year-old man in the middle of an Alberta street Wednesday night.
The victim, Quinton Allen Doughty, was killed around 10:20 p.m. in the 300 block of East 24th Avenue.
The Tuscaloosa Police Department said they were called to the area on a noise violation call, and said when they pulled up they witnessed a large crowd of more than 100 people.
Officers said they heard several gunshots right after they pulled up, and the crowd scattered.
Investigators said they believe the shooting is related to several fights that happened just before the shooting, but said no witnesses have come forward.
