UPDATE: Alabama Gas Prices Have Fallen Since Last Week

According to GasBuddy, gas prices in Alabama fell 2.2 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.90 per gallon.

Alabama prices are 5.2 cents per gallon higher than a month ago. According to GasBuddy reports, the cheapest gas in the state is $1.66 per gallon and the most expensive is $2.29 per gallon. Last September’s average price in Alabama was 30.5 cents per gallon less than today’s average.

National gas prices have also fallen in the last week, a decline of 3.2 cents per gallon. The average price nationally is currently $2.17 per gallon, down 0.5 cents per gallon from last month. Currently, the average national price is 38.6 cents per gallon lower than last September.
