Update: 18-year-old charged with attempted murder in Maxwell Circle shooting

An 18-year-old woman is facing an attempted murder charge in the wake of a shooting at Maxwell Circle last week.

Terrain Miles of Sawyerville was charged today by the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit. She’s been placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

Investigators said Miles had a relationship with the 19-year-old male victim in the case.

The investigation is ongoing and more charges and suspects may be forthcoming.
