TWO ARRESTED IN MURDER KIDNAPPING CASE

The man hunt may be over for Bibb Co. resident John Barry Hubbard, but the investigation is far from complete.

Hubbard faces charges for kidnapping his ex-girlfriend, Tammy Carpenter and fatally shooting her sister, Kandi Murphy. Authorities arrested a second suspect in the ongoing investigation. A man investigators say aided Hubbard in the kidnapping of Carpenter, his cousin….Gary Wade Rowland.
