<p>TUSCALOOSA – The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating some of Tuscaloosa’s Most Wanted.</p><ul><li>Billy Ray Harris, 63, is last known to be living in the area of Sahama Village in Tuscaloosa. Harris is wanted on an unlawful distribution of a controlled substance charge.</li><li>Melvin Thomas Brown, 31, is last known to be living in the area of Third Court East in Tuscaloosa. Brown is wanted on a charge of domestic violence-strangulation.</li><li>Jaz Larue Clark, 27, is last known to be living in the area of Pate Road in Buhl.
