Tuscaloosa’s Most Wanted: March 30, 2023

The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating some of Tuscaloosa’s Most Wanted.

• James Stamps, 41, is last known to be living in the area of Highway 11 in South Fosters. Stamps is wanted on a charge of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
• Robbay Stephens, 27, is last known to be living in the area of Stillman Boulevard in Tuscaloosa. Stephens is wanted on a charge of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
• Timothy Hamner, 47, is last known to be living in the area of Jackson Trace Road in Coker. Hamner is wanted on a charge of first-degree property theft.
