TUSCALOOSA’S MOST WANTED: MARCH 18, 2020

<p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p>TUSCALOOSA – The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Department needs your help locating some of Tuscaloosa’s Most Wanted.</p><ul><li>Robert Daniel Rawlins, 47, is last known to be living in the area of Martin Road East in Northport. Rawlins is wanted on charges of promoting prison contraband and possession of and receiving a controlled substance.</li><li>Rachel Michelle Ray, 47, is last known to be living in the area of Clements Road in Cottondale. Ray is wanted on unlawful possession of a controlled substance charges.</li><li>Justin Dondrell Harper, 27, is last known to be living in the area of Skyland Boulevard East in Tuscaloosa.
