TUSCALOOSA POLICE SEARCHING FOR MAN ACCUSED IN ROBBERY, SHOOTING

Tusclaoosa Police want residents to be on the lookout for a man they say is wanted for attempted murder and several other charges.

Deric Richey, 19, is wanted in an attempted robbery and shooting that happened at the Kangaroo Gas Station on Skyland Boulevard on April 6 (for more on the robbery, click here).

Police said Richey is known to be in the company of Brelin McAlpine, and both are known to carry firearms, and they’re both considered armed and dangerous.

Richey is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs around 165 pounds.
