TUSCALOOSA GIVES BACK

We all know that Tuscaloosa has received help during the past for tornado relief, now it’s Tuscaloosa’s turn to give help to those devastated by a natural disaster.

Habitat for Humanity of Tuscaloosa and The High Socks for Hope Foundation are teaming up to rebuild a house for a family in Illinois. The family lost their home after a tornado struck their city.

“We really have felt the need to give back, and it just a wonderful thing that now we have this avenue that we can go help these people in Illinois that have been devastated by the same kind of disaster that we have been,” Ellen Potts, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Tuscaloosa stated.
