TUSCALOOSA COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD NAMES DISTRICT 5 POTENTIALS

The Tuscaloosa County Board of Education announced today it has four finalists it will interview for the vacant District 5 Board seat.
The finalists are:
- Kevin Davis
- Charles Orr
- Dr. Richard Swatloski
- Nancy Terry
The board said in a statement that the group represents a diverse background of community leaders, and that the board will select the person they feel will be the best asset.
The winner will be decided upon at the board’s regular meeting on March 28.
The District 5 seat has been vacant since Mark Nelson left his seat to take a position on the County Commission.
