Tuscaloosa County girl returns to school after donating bone marrow to brother

The Milligan siblings from Tuscaloosa County are both doing well after Paisley donated bone marrow to her big brother Shelton last week.
Family friend Tammy Plowman told us paisley ended up being an even more perfect match for her brother than doctors initially thought.
Paisely was able to start school at Sipsey Valley Middle School Thursday, while her brother continues treatment for aplastic anemia at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham.
