TUSCALOOSA CITY SCHOOLS IMPLEMENT NEW DRUG POLICY

A new policy will require random drug and alcohol tests for Tuscaloosa City Schools students. The new policy was created last year, but starting this year students that drive to school or participate in extracurricular activities will be subject to a random test.

The next meeting will be Aug. 25 at Bryant high school, followed by Aug. 27 at Northridge High School. All meetings are from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and are open to the public.
