TUSCALOOSA AUTHORITIES SEARCHING FOR VEHICLE INVOLVED IN ROAD RAGE HOMICIDE

The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit needs your help finding a vehicle of interest that may have been used during a homicide July 5.

Zakia Bibbs, 25, was killed in what police believe was a road-rage incident, and two others in the vehicle were injured.

It happened around 9:10 p.m. in the eastbound lane near the 96 mile-marker on Interstate 20/59. Investigators are searching for a 2017 or 2018 black Nissan Pathfinder with damage or parts missing from the passenger side.

Witnesses said the vehicle was occupied by three black male subjects at the time of the homicide.
