The Bobby Bowden award, named after former Florida State coach Bobby Bowden, recognizes the Division I player who epitomizes a student-athlete from a faith perspective. The award winner must conduct himself as an exemplary model in the classroom, on the field, on the campus and in the community.

The Crimson Tide and Wolverines took part in the annual VRBO Citrus Bowl Day for Kids this morning at Fun Spot America. The players from both teams partner with local children from the area to enjoy rides and games at the amusement park.

Alabama and Michigan will battle each other Wednesday in the Citrus Bowl at 12:00 p.m. on ABC.
