THE EDGE: BRYANT MATHIS ENCOURAGES CONNECTIONS WITH LOCALITY APP

Bryant Mathis, a UA senior majoring in metallurgical engineering, visited the WVUA 23 studio to talk about his experience-based connection app, Locality.

Founded in 2019 by four UA students, Locality matches users with others in shared groups who want to do the same thing at the same time. Whether it is students who are looking for a group to study with or young professionals looking for friends at the bar, Locality is a quick, direct way to get together.

Locality is currently in development, with plans to launch on the University of Alabama’s campus in fall 2019.
