The T-Town State Fair returned to the now-former McFarland Mall parking lot in Tuscaloosa last week, offering family-friendly food, festivities and fun for residents across West Alabama.
There’s something for everyone at the fair from toddlers to thrill-seekers and funnel cake fanatics.
“We break our rides down into thirds,” said Keith Hamby with Kissell Entertainment. “So a third of our rides are for kids, and then intermediate rides for kids and families, and then the super spectacular rides.”
Hamby said the fair brought back plenty of fan-favorites alongside new events and attractions.
“We bring a bigger and better show every year,” Hamby said. “This year, we’ve got 35 rides. As you can tell, McFarland Mall is kind of going away, so that’s giving us more real estate to set up more food rides and games for people.”
General admission is $10 and unlimited rides are available for $30 Monday through Thursday and $35 Friday and Saturday. You can save $5 off a ticket for admission and rides by purchasing tickets online right here.
