T-SNIP RECEIVES THOUSANDS IN FUNDING FROM TUSCALOOSA COUNTY COMMISSION

Feral Cats

The Tuscaloosa Spay and Neuter Incentive Program, better known as T-SNIP, received $25,000 in funding from the Tuscaloosa County Commission on Wednesday.

The program focuses on trapping, transporting and spaying cats to reduce the stray population and lessen the burden on local animal control stations. There are numerous cat colonies throughout the Tuscaloosa and Northport areas.
