SPOTS STILL AVAILABLE FOR SHELTON STATE SUMMER CAMPS

Shelton State

Even though school is out for summer, Shelton State Community College is giving students the opportunity to learn over the break by hosting The Dome Program.

The Dome Program is offered to students in kindergarten through 12th grade and features classes in Lego engineering, culinary arts, theater, cosmetology and sports.

There’s still time to register for these classes.

“We have a few openings left for our STEM Academy, which is a science- and math-based camp that we offer for third-graders to 12th grade, and that is a lot of computer coding, they’re gonna be doing some drones, they’re gonna be doing a lot of science experiments,” said Instructional Outreach Specialist Beth Rominger.
