Bibb County Runs Wild in Win Over Fayette County

Bibb County let running back Deshun Merrill do much of the “heavy-lifting” against Fayette County. Merrill, who plans to attend UCLA on a football scholarship next Fall, finished with 25 carries for 235 yards and four touchdowns in Bibb County’s 39-0 win. Gordo Football Celebrates its Home-Away-From-Home With Win Over Aliceville

Gordo football made itself ‘comfortable’ at Pickens County’s home field. The Greenwave will play it’s home games at Pickens County High School, in Reform, this season while Gordo’s football stadium undergoes a renovation project. The ‘change-of-stadium’ didn’t give the Greenwave any issues against Aliceville, as Gordo picks up a 30-12 win over the Yellow Jackets.
