Skilled Trades of West Alabama Offers Apprenticeship Program

Tuscaloosa’s newly-opened Skilled Trades of West Alabama facility will serve as a premier training ground for multiple trade programs.

Located on James I. Harrison Parkway, training programs include plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.

Premier Service Company operates Skilled Trades of West Alabama and saw the area as a desirable spot.

“(Tuscaloosa has) had some small (trade programs), but not to this magnitude,” said Premiere Service Company Representative Gary Phillips.
