SECOND PERSON CHARGED IN BIRMINGHAM SHOOTING DEATH OF TRAMONE MITCHELL

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) – Birmingham police say a second person has been charged in the November shooting death of a 22-year-old man.

19-year-old Dominic Keeth is charged with capital murder during a robbery of marijuana in the death of Tramone Mitchell.

A 15-year-old boy already was accused in Mitchell’s death. The boy also was accused in the deaths of 34-year-old Kenneth Davidson and 26-year-old Shaundria Peoples, both of Birmingham.

The boy’s name has not been released.

It’s unclear if Keeth has an attorney.
