Search under way for teen missing from Moundville since Aug. 3
Moundville Police need your help locating a teen girl who’s been missing since Aug. 3.
Rosa Maria Kelly Harper is a 17-year-old Black girl who wears glasses and currently has red and black hair. She was last seen around 3 p.m. wearing a black shirt and jogger pants in the 1800 block of Links Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, which is The Links apartment complex.
