MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) – A body found in Alabama’s Montgomery County over the weekend has been identified as that of a 56-year-old man reported missing in July.

Jimmie Lee Table disappeared July 25. Al.com reports Table was last seen leaving his home in Lee County’s Beauregard community.

Two days later, his white 1999 GMC Yukon was found abandoned near Montgomery.

Sheriff’s Capt. Joshua Douglass on Tuesday said Table’s remains were found Sunday after getting a tip about a body in east Montgomery County.

The area is several miles from where the abandoned Yukon was recovered. A cause of death has not yet been released.
