RECYCLING PROGRAMS TO BE SUSPENDED OVER COVID-19 CONCERNS

The cities of Tuscaloosa and Northport are both suspending their curbside recycling services as part of their coronavirus precautions.

To reduce potential exposure for sanitation workers, Tuscaloosa will suspend their service on April 2 and Northport will stop on April 3.

Recycling drop-off sites and the recycling center on Kauloosa Avenue will also close at the end of this week.
