NOTHING BUNDT CAKES MAKES TUSCALOOSA DEBUT

Reporting by WVUA 23’s Aajene Robinson

Joining the lineup of sweet eateries in Tuscaloosa is Nothing Bundt Cakes, which is now open for business.

The Las Vegas-based store, founded in 1997, serves a variety of different cake flavors topped with their signature cream cheese frosting. It is located at 1393 McFarland Blvd right across from the Krispy Kreme.

The new location is owned by Melinda Mason and her husband, who are moving to the Druid City from Nothing Bundt Cakes’ Chattanooga Tennessee location. Mason, a University of Alabama alumna, said the store is a specialty bakery that focuses on joyous occasions.

“We can take care of your entire celebration,” she said. “We have cards, balloons and gift items.”

Nothing Bundt Cakes is located in about 330 different areas across the country. The company has been known to work closely with the communities they serve through fundraisers for schools, churches and other organizations. Find out more through their website at www.nothingbundtcakes.com.
