NEW ENTERTAINMENT VENUE SHINDIG IS OPEN IN TUSCALOOSA

Shindig Entertainment Center in Tuscaloosa is up and running again after a two-month mandatory break following their first four days open in Mid-March.

The family-friendly destination features bowling, laser tag, an arcade, axe throwing and mini golf.

At the moment, the business is operating at 50% capacity because of COVID-19 concerns and Alabama regulations.

Owner Steve Williams said he’s ensuring people are safe while visiting Shindig.

“We started out real slow on Saturday, but it picked up every day as people get comfortable,” Williams said. “We’re doing everything in our power to make everything safe for you. We have hand sanitizing stations everywhere in the building and we’re doing everything by protocol.

Shindig is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.
