Homecoming festivities continue Friday evening on the University of Alabama campus with the annual National Pan-Hellenic Step Show.

The university is hosting the annual step show competition between the eight NPHC fraternities and sororities in Coleman Coliseum at 8 p.m. Oct. 22.

The competition involves teams competing with intricate dance steps and high-energy music from each of the fraternities and sororities.

NPHC Director of Intake Skylar Holden said the annual step show is always a big highlight of the year for NPHC members.

“We’re a council that focuses on community service and serving our community, but we also love to have fun we love to entertain,” Holden said. “We’re all different in our own right, but when we come together some kind of magic happens, so I can’t wait to see what happens.”
