MARTIAL ARTS STUDIO HOSTING VIRTUAL PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS

No P.E.?  No problem.

With schools shut down amid the pandemic, a local martial arts facility is providing online physical education classes.

Tiger Rock Martial Arts Owner Michael Holt said he enjoys using technology to guide children through positive activities. He said he believes structure and routine are excellent tools for student achievement.

“The technology we have today has helped us to really be able to strive in this situation,” Holt said. “It has been amazing to see the growth students have actually made through online classes.”

Tiger Rock has provided martial arts programs to the area for 30 years.
