MANHUNT CONTINUES

The manhunt continues for John Berry Hubbard and Tammy Murphy Carpenter.
Authorities believe Hubbard kidnapped Carpenter, who is his ex-girlfriend after he shot and killed her sister Kandi Murphy.
At Riverside Cut -N-Style,Tammy’s salon she owns in Centreville, portions of the windows are boarded up and there are what appear to be bullet holes in the door and window.
Several friends of Carpenter tell WVUA Hubbard had been terrorizing Tammy for months and was the one who shot up her shop.
Deputy Kevin Lawrence says officers have dealt with both subjects quite frequently on such calls but could never place Hubbard to the complaints.
The search has been concentrated in the Bibb County areas of Brent and Eoline and through the national forest into the Moundville area of Hale County.

Law enforcement officers say Hubbard could be driving a white Chevy Silverado 2500 pickup with the tag number 7AB7003.
He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
If you have any info on him you are asked to contact authorities immediately.
A Go Fund Me account for the family of Kandi Murphy has been set up.
