MAN SHOT THURSDAY IN TUSCALOOSA STILL IN CRITICAL CONDITION
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit is investigating after a patient entered DCH Regional Medical Center suffering a gunshot wound Thursday afternoon.
Investigators said the 31-year-old victim is suffering life-threatening injuries after he was shot in the neck.
A witness told Violent Crimes Unit investigators that the victim was found in the front yard of a home in the 600 block of Brooksdale Drive.
The victim was transported to UAB Hospital from DCH in a critical care ambulance and has been unable to speak with authorities.
