MAN INDICTED ON MURDER CHARGES STEMMING FROM 2018 BOAT WRECK
A Hale County Grand Jury has indicted a man nearly a year after two people were killed in a boating collision in Moundville.
Ricky Latham was indicted on two counts of murder, three counts of assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.
Destiny Graben and Ricky Glover were killed in boating collision investigators say Latham caused on July 4, 2018.
Investigators with the Alabama Law Enforcement Association said Latham’s blood alcohol level was .234, nearly three times the legal limit of .08.
