Man dies after Sunday evening wreck in Northport

A single-vehicle crash Sunday evening claimed the life of a man from Northport.

Alabama State Troopers said Terry F. Holemon, 64, died after his motorcycle left the road and struck a tree

The crash happened just before 5 p.m. Dec. 26 on Alabama Highway 171, about 12 miles north of Northport.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is investigating the wreck.
