TUSCALOOSA – Alabama’s competitive atmosphere is not just selective to football or softball, but the University is also dominant in water skiing.

The Water Ski program has developed into the strong force because of the easy access to a world-renowned water ski site in Tuscaloosa County. The site, Lymanland, was built by Lyman Hardy and is commonly used for water ski tournaments.

One of the summer events that this body of water holds is June Jam, which gives athletes a chance to better their places in both national and world standings.
