LOVED ONES GATHER IN DEMOPOLIS IN MEMORY OF STUDENTS WHO PASSED AWAY

<p class=”x_MsoNormal”><span class>Students, friends and family gathered Thursday night in memory of two students whose lives were taken too soon.</span></p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”><span class>Demopolis students Rayshawn Benison and Natasia Daniels both drowned in the Tombigbee River after school last Friday.</span></p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”><span class>The community and family members gathered at a candlelight vigil at Demopolis High school.</span></p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”><span class style=”font-family: Geneva, sans-serif;”>A friend of the two students said, “We are family, like a chain, bonded by the passion of music.”</span></p><p>Another student close to Daniels said, “No matter what we were doing, where we were at, she was always dancing, laughing, Ive never met someone filled with so much life.”</p><div class></div><p>“He was so inspirational and his main focus was to always make everyone happy,” A friend of Benison said.</p><p class=”x_MsoNormal”><span class> </span><span class>Both Daniels and Benison were former band members and will be greatly missed by those who knew them.</span></p>
