Lightning Strikes Family’s Home

A local family says they’re coping with the sudden loss of their home, after lightning caused a devastating fire.

The home belongs to a Tuscaloosa couple, John and Debbie Anderson. You may have followed the Andersons daughter Beth on her journey from Special Olympics to just last week when she donated a portion of her birthday money to Eagles Wings.

The Anderson’s and their dogs all made it out of the home unharmed.
