JURY RECOMMENDS LIFE FOR FOSTER

It took less than two days for jurors to decide the fate of Alexius Foster.
Jurors recommended life in prison for Foster, after they reached a guilty verdict in his capital murder trial earlier this week.
Foster was convicted of the 2013 killing his uncle, George Foster, and the later killing of Antonio Williams, who was a former friend of Foster.
Seven of the 12 jurors recommended a life without parole sentence instead of the death penalty.
Prosecutor Lyn Head says the Foster family is relieved everything is finally ending.

Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court Judge John England can follow the jury’s recommendation, or he can override it at Foster’s sentencing hearing scheduled for December 17th.
