JACK’S IN NORTHPORT OPENS ITS DOORS

Jack’s off Highway 43 in Northport officially opened its doors Wednesday.

The popular chain launched its new store with free biscuits in the morning and a party throughout the afternoon.

Jack’s Marketing Coordinator Samantha Knight said it’s great being part of the Northport community.

“We’re really excited to be here in Northport,” she said. “We’ve been having an overwhelming response from the community.”

The store employs 55 Tuscaloosa and Northport residents, and it’s just one of many restaurants and stores coming to the area and creating jobs.
