HOLT HIGH ONE STEP CLOSER TO NEW SCHOOL BUILDING
The new Holt High School is one step closer to construction after the Tuscaloosa County School Board approved purchasing two more tracts of land at its meeting Tuesday.
TCSS Deputy Superintendent David Patrick said two more still need buying, and lawyers are still in negotiations for those tracts. Patrick said the system hopes they’ll have the land purchased and construction under way by the fall.
The school will take about two years to build.
