HILLCREST LINEBACKER SIGNS WITH ARMY

Hillcrest linebacker Kalvyn Crummie signed with Army earlier this month on National Signing Day. Crummie was a three-year starter for the Patriots.
Hillcrest head coach Sam Adams is excited for Crummie. Adams said Crummie made an impact on and off the field. Crummie will graduate this spring with a 4.4 grade point average in the classroom.
“Calvin has been a huge part of our program the last four years, and a starter the last three,” Adams said. “He’s been a part of a lot of ball games that we’ve won. But the impact that he will have on our program is more so because of the way he went about his business on a day to day basis.”
Hillcrest finished last season with a 3-7 overall record, missing the playoffs for the first time in 13 years. The Army Black Knights finished the 2019 campaign with a 5-8 record overall.
