The Tuscaloosa Amphitheater has a busy schedule in September, including several concerts happening this week.

Tuscaloosa Director of Public Services Stacy Vaughn said the amphitheater staff is looking forward to a full season.

“We’re thrilled. This team loves doing this. They love bringing these acts to Tuscaloosa and getting to put on these shows, so of course they’re thrilled,” she said.

Vaughn said Tuscaloosa Amphitheater employees have been working diligently to put on this upcoming season. She encouraged everyone to come out because there’s something for every music taste.

“Everybody loves something different, you know. I don’t know, I love that we’ve got such a diverse line-up.”

Musicians Harry Connick Jr. and Lady A came and went last week and the Rod Wave concert scheduled for Tuesday was postponed to Sept. 14.

  • Chris Tomlin, Kari Jobe, and Bethel Music will share the spotlight Sept. 1 at 7 p.m.
  • The Revivalists perform Sept. 2 at 7 p.m.

“If you like music, then I think you’d love this season,” Vaughn said.
