Sept. 30 marks the cutoff date for any unpaid water bills.

Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox originally placed a two-month grace period on March 13 as COVID-19 was forcing the city to shut down.

Customers who don’t pay their bills by Sept. 30 will lose services for garbage and water.
