Got questions about your water bill, tickets, potholes? There’s an app for that
The city of Tuscaloosa launched a new app March 1 to help residents gain faster access to city services.
Tuscaloosa joins ten other U.S. cities to provide 311 apps. Once you download the new “Tuscaloosa 311” app, users can submit a request with or without a photo.
Tuscaloosa 311 is the non-emergency request center for City of Tuscaloosa services. City officials say residents who use the current 311 app will need to download the new app.
The app is available in both the Apple and Google Play stores. Requests can also be submitted by calling 311 within city limits or 205-248-5311 outside of city limits. You can also submit a request online at Tuscaloosa.com/311.
