FIRE PREVENTION WEEK IS COMING UP

Tuscaloosa Fire and Rescue Service Chief Randy Smith popped by the WVUA 23 Studio Oct. 3 to discuss Fire Prevention Week, beginning Sunday, Oct. 7.

As part of Fire Prevention Week, Tuscaloosa Fire and Rescue Service is hosting a fire expo Monday, Oct. 8 at University mall between 4 and 7 p.m.

The event will feature free car seat installations, hands-only CPR training, live burn demonstrations, firetruck rides, a children’s firefighters course and much more.
