Featured Teacher: Leasa Abrams-Wilson, Robert C. Hatch High School

Congratulations to Leasa Abrams-Wilson, who teaches at Uniontown’s Robert C. Hatch High School, as she’s the latest WVUA 23 Featured Teacher.

According to the person who nominated her for the award:

“Dr. Abrams-Wilson has been there for my son and supported him when he’s had anger outbursts, failed to complete his work from being frustrated or overwhelmed, and she’s always been able to help him by redirecting him when he’s sidetracked by small things within the classroom.

“She provides him with extra assistance during PE, lunch or even after school to ensure he is able to understand.”
