On Oct. 26, a 4-year-old boy was fatally shot in Greensboro. At the time, authorities said they believed the shooting was self-inflicted.

Wednesday, Hale County District Attorney Michael Jackson said it does not appear the gunshot that struck and killed Kemar D. Hinton was his own doing. The incident is still being investigated as an accident, but the case is being turned over to a Hale County Grand Jury.
