MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (AP) – A former Tennessee Valley Authority worker has been sentenced to three years on probation on a charge that he set up a video camera in a women’s restroom.

WHNT-TV reports that the Wayne County man also must pay a $5,000 fine after he was charged in federal court with voyeurism.

Authorities say a woman accused the 56-year-old former worker of installing a motion-activated camera inside an air conditioning vent in the women’s bathroom in the TVA’s Muscle Shoals facility.
