DRIVER KILLED IN COLLISION WITH SCHOOL BUS

OPP, Ala. (AP) – Authorities say a motorist in a car has been killed in a collision involving a school bus in south Alabama.

Reports say the crash happened around 7 a.m. Wednesday in Opp, and that the car erupted into flames following the impact.

It is being reported that none of the children aboard the Opp City Schools bus suffered any serious injuries, but that two children were treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.

The identity of the motorist who died wasn’t released, and few other details were immediately available early Wednesday.
