Downtown Northport staple Mary’s Cakes and Pastries closing Dec. 31
Another local business is closing its doors at the end of the month.
Mary’s Cakes and Pastries, a staple in historic downtown Northport since 2006, will be open for the last time Dec. 31.
Owner Mary Cesar said she’s decided to retire and she and her husband will be moving to New Mexico. According to a post on Instagram Tuesday, Cesar’s baking days are far from over, but she’ll be doing it on a smaller scale after the move.
