DEPUTIES LOOK FOR WANTED SHOOTING SUSPECT

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office confirms the woman shot has died. No word yet on her identity.

ORIGINAL:

Bibb County deputies are looking for a man wanted in a shooting and kidnapping.

60 year old John Barry Hubbard is 5’10, 250 pounds and has green eyes.

Deputies on the scene say Hubbard kidnapped 46 year old Tammy Carpenter and shot her sister. Authorities say she was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Deputies believe Carpenter was taken against her will by Hubbard.

Public Information Officer-Deputy Sheriff Kevin Lawrence with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says Hubbard was last seen driving a white 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with the tag number 7AB7003.
