DCH REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER COMING TO CAREER AWARENESS FAIR

DCH Regional Medical Center is coming to the Worlds of Work Career Expo as one of the event’s major exhibitors at the event for West Alabama 8th grade students.

Along with WVUA 23 and many other West Alabama businesses, DCH will be representing the medical field as one of many skilled labor professions looking for the next generation of workers.

Organizers want to show young people the ample opportunities for high paying, skilled labor jobs that don’t require a college degree. They say the need is great for hardworking people in all different fields, especially the medical field.

DCH says their operation requires skilled individuals for different jobs that don’t necessarily have to do with medicine.

The Worlds of Work Career Awareness Fair will be held at Shelton State Community College October 8-9.
